I was actually in Los Angeles and she was in Virginia at the time. And this house came on the Internet on a W...ednesday evening. Very next morning before they were even scheduled to allow the realtors in, he worked with the other realtor and told him that he had an out of town buyer and found a way to finagle his way in and look at this house. So Michael spent all day faxing things to Virginia and to me in Los Angeles. The listing agent basically told us that if we had not worked with Michael Dreyfus and if Michael had not been as persistent as he was for us to get this house, that we probably wouldn't have gotten it.
