Zibibbo Restaurant Tonight we're introducing a new vegetarian entree. We take our soft polenta and bake it in our oak-fired oven. We top this with ratatouille and an arugula salad. The dish will be finished off with portobello halves and basil pesto. At $15, this is an absolute bargain. Try this after a Little Gem Salad with Toasted... Walnuts, Blue Cheese, and Fines Herbes Vinaigrette and that's an awesome vegetarian meal for $25.

Zibibbo Restaurant Be sure to try out our new Fall setup for the Grilled Pacific Swordfish. We start with a bed of Swiss Chard, sauteed with our House Made Chorizo, and then encircled with Roasted Cauliflower Florets. The Swordfish follows, with a delicious Saffron Sauce. Lastly, we finish with a chutney garnish of Sweet & Sour Onions topping the dish.

Zibibbo Restaurant My sweet tooth has been acting up.... good thing we have some new desserts! Rosemary Creme Brulee served with orange shortbread cookies. The rosemary sprigs are steeped within the custard to give it a medium rosemary flavor, but not to overpower the vanilla bean-goodness and carmelized crunchy top. Anyone else have ...their sweet tooth giving them creme brulee cravings?

Zibibbo Restaurant The last day of a hot summer calls for a tasty lunch salad.... and Hearts of Romaine will definitely do the trick. We mix the lettuce with a Creamy Sherry Saffron Vinaigrette, add some Paprika Croutons and Boquerones (white sardines from Spain marinated in oil and vinegar), and finish it off with shaved Idiazabal chee...se. This is only available during lunch so take advantage, get out of the office, and come on by!

Zibibbo Restaurant Also, for those who love pizzas w/out tomato sauce, try the new Smoked Chicken Pizza with Basil Pesto, Garlic Cream(delicious!), Crimini Mushroooms, and Mozzarella. Slide those delectable ingredients into our 900-degree oak-fired oven and you have an amazing pizza at an even more amazing price of $14.

First, we have a Grilled Atlantic Salmon served on a bed of Herbed-Fingerling SMASHED Potatoes with a Horseradish-Caper Vinaigrette topped with a small frisee salad. At $23, this is a steal and definitely a must-eat; per our sommelie...r, pair this with a glass of sancerre and you're in for a real treat.
