RuthAnne I got a bread machine for Christmas and it is now making its inaugural run with Pamela's bread mix. I can't wait to taste it! My absolute favorite Pamela's product is the ginger snap cookies though. Has anyone tried crushing them and using them instead of graham cracker crumbs for a cheesecake?
Sandra Zimmer I tried the pancake/baking mix for pancakes and they were great! Normally pancakes (made with regular flour) sit like a rock, and everyone who ate them, loved them. I made a mixed fruit syrup to pour over the top, instead of maple syrup...yum!

Lauren swapped the pancake/baking mix for flour in my chocolate chip banana bread and it turned out BETTER than the regular recipe! Thank you Pamela's! I LOVE IT!
Lynda just joined Pamela's GF, FB page. I baking my very first Pamela's chocolate cake mix in the oven right now for my GF hubby. Mmmmmmmmmmmm it smells goooooooood in here. Can't wait to try this cake and frosting. I'll let ya all know what we think.

Veronica I just tried your banana bread recipe and it is SO good! Not only that, but the first time my husband made pancakes with the mix he didn't even know it was gluten free until I told him!
Diane Thank you so much for your Double Chocolate Cookies and Gingersnaps!! I used 2 pkgs of each - the double chocolate went into an "oreo" cheesecake as crust, cookie pieces and topping. The gingersnaps made the crust for my sweet potato pies!!! YUM!! No one realized either was guten-free!
