Emerald Coast Cruizin The South's Best Blast from the Past family fun event. Thousands of classic cars, hot rods, custom cars and trucks make way to beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida for this week long festival. Panama City Beach's breath taking emerald green coastline and the famous Miracle Strip gleams with chrome..., hot colors, and the deep rumble of power. Frank Brown Park located at 16200 Panama City Beach Parkway hosted over 3000 hot rods, 125 + top name vendors, and 100+ auction vehicles this past 2008 event. Each night is full of activities from parades, great bands, and special shows. Even if you're not a gear head, there is plenty to do for all. This years event will be much larger, with much more fun and activities being planned for the 09 event. So make your plans now, stay tuned to the website for updates, and get in on the fun. This year's dates are November 9-10-11-12-13-14, 2009.

On Halloween day, Pier Park will be hosting Malloween and will invite those looking for a fun place to Trick or Treat in Panama City Beach to come to the stores between the times of 6 pm and 7:30 pm and get candy and treats. Bring your costumes, treat bags and your sweet tooth.

10-2pm: Start of children’s costume contest. Bring your children to the Pier Park welcome center kiosk from Oct. 24th- 29th, where they can have their picture taken and register to compete in the children costume contest to be judged on Malloween, Oct. 31st, at 6 pm in the promo area. Prizes will be awarded for first and second prize in three age groups (2-4, 5-7 and 8-10).
