Akosoa TjuhuTiy Licensing would be a plus for the paralegals profession. As it stands, there are few checks and balances for us, thereby fewer guarantees to constituents. As much as I disagree with standardized tests metering, for now, it's all we have. It shouldn't worry those with merit and I, for one would be glad to say I passed a licensing bar exam. Why not?
