Twenty One Plates is a new(ish) restaurant in Parañaque with… well… 21 plates on their menu. The dish you see on the left is just one of them. If you follow the jump, you’ll see a small sampling of those dishes.
I love breakfast. Cooking and eating it. Although it's rare that I wake up within its "usual" hours. I suppose that is why I fancy it much - the rarity, the effort to get up to make it and the transition from sleepy yawns to a happy and energized morning...

Katrina Villareal Lunch yesterday was AMAZING! I had the Pan-Seared Prawns in Lemon Butter Sauce, some Kimchi Rolls, the oh-so-yummy-please-stop-me-now Chicken Paté, and a few bites of Frozen Brazo de Mercedes. Gotta go back soon! :)
