Bob's Juice Bar WEDNESDAY 11 NOVEMBER: JUICE BAR will be closed. KITCHEN will be open (with pancakes).
Bob's Juice Bar SATURDAY HOURS CHANGING. Henceforth, KITCHEN is open 7 days a week. Saturdays - like Sundays - are from 10 to 4 (as opposed to 8 to 3 the rest of the week) with pancakes and pie. JUICE BAR will be closed on Saturdays temporarily from 31 oct. through november.

1. YOGA, ETC. : Jason is right. There is a yoga, etc. school across the road. It's very complimentary to the juice bar. That's another reason that this space is attractive; 2. HOW MUCH? The previous tenant was paying about 1675 plus charges. It's the same landlor...d as JUICE BAR and he would rent to me or someone I endorsed for much less. Probably around 1300 including charges. It's a "bail neuf sans reprise" (no fixture fees) which is a HUGE PLUS.Read More

Bob's Juice Bar Regarding the space next door, it actually needs to be a non-food concept. By complimentary, I really mean anything that would appeal to the same customers. Art or fashion - related would probably work.
