
Partridge Hill Media New Magazine to be titled "CQ Magazine" CQ stands for "cultural intelligence". CQ will present 6 issues a year of humanities-based content for ages 12 to adult. It is our understanding that the publication will fold following the mailing of "Space Race". Ben Hatke is an artist, illustrator, and cartoonist. He grew up in and around Lafayette, Indiana where, thanks to his father, his training in draftsmanship began at an early age. Ben learned painting through studying the old masters and by training at the Charles Cecil Studios in Florence.
