The Pasadena City College Dance Ensemble will be performing “Suite Inspiration,” a modern dance production, in Sexson Auditorium on Dec. 4 and 5 at 8 p.m. The shows will be directed by Catrelia “Rikki” Magee, senior dance professor at PCC.
“Suite Inspiration” will be comprised of three different performances, including ...“The City in the Sea,” a dance epic inspired by Hurricane Katrina; “Apparitions,” inspired by Native American burial grounds as conceived and imagined by Magee; and “Suite Inspiration,” a dance number featuring a collection of songs by Michael Jackson.
Tickets ($10 general, $5 students, seniors, and PCC Staff) will be sold at the door starting at 7 p.m. Parking is available in any student lot for $2. Parking permits are available in lot vending machines. For more information call (626) 585-7216.Read More
