Drove up from San Diego on June 13th and saw the play, it was great! The Playhouse is wonderful. If it weren't for reading about Kelly McGillis, I would not have known about it. We will be back for more plays!

It was a different site and honestly I don't recall which one. We were surfing the net and saw an interview/article with her. I didn't know much about her background other than Top Gun and Accused. Read about her theatre background and thought it would be interesting to see her on stage. WE fell in love with the Playhouse and look forward to seeing Laughing Matters.

His favorite story was while doing a play with Lee J. Cobb (The title escapes me) Mr. Brown would sit at the back of the theatre and give notes. This day, Mr. Brown said to my father, "Mr. Randall, I don't believe you." As you can imagine, my dad was upset to say the least. At the end of the next rehearsal Mr. Brown said "Mr. Randall, NOW I believe you.

Last night was the grand opening of Pasadena 300, an upscale bowling alley located at 3454 Foothill Blvd. The company pledged to donate $5,000 dollars to Pasadena Playhouse if the guests in attendance collectively bowled 300 strikes.
