Andrew Martin I just found Growing Up Absurd, for FREE, in a big cardboard box, waiting for any eager passerby to pick it up, and i think it was fate or something, cuz his philosophy totally encapsulates many of my (unarticulated) beliefs. What an icon. His book never ceased to be relevant. I think it should be required reading in a...ll high schools. How better to engage students?

I want to hug him.

Looking forward to that film.

David Loitz I am reading "The Lives of Children" By George Dennison... who I believe worked with Paul Goodman. I would love to see this film...I am both a film maker and currently going to Grad school at Goddard College to get my masters in Education..... Maybe I could do a presentation at Goddard or a review.

George Dennison was one of PG's most talented proteges. He trained in gestalt therapy with PG and wrote a wonderful introduction/memoir to PG's Collected Poems, published by Random House in 1972 and now out-of-print.

G. Dennison also wrote short stories and some critical essays.
