It was back in the late 70's that I was having lunch setting on the steps just outside the cafe at the Furgerson Center. When someone grabbed my shoulder. I turned around and it was the Bear coming down the stairs feeling a bit tipsey. I saved him from falling to the bottom of the stairs. I got to meet him several times working with the team's doctor at the Capstone Medical Center. He was really a delightful person.
