MEDIUMS / MILD ROASTS
Paupaiz Medium Roast Coffees are roasted and blended to bring out the best flavor characteristics of the varietals we use. Each with its own distinct flavor profile. Our most popular: Chateau, Moka Java, 100% Colombian, Hawaiian Typica, Napa Valley Blend

DARK / BOLD ROASTS
Our Dark Roast Coffees are always roasted just to the optimal flavor. There is a small window of time to remove the coffee beans from the roaster prior to burning the batch. When roasted right, dark coffees possess a deep, rich, and hearty flavor that keeps our customers coming back for more. Our most popular: French Roast, Sumatra, Pick of the Harvest, Estate Blend.
