Peace on Mars 10 Reasons You Should See Peace on Mars August 29th at the VFW in Grand Haven. And now (imagine a cheesy fanfare here) REASON #10: Because its your last chance. The original band (Jeff, Jeff and Mark) will turn into a pumpkin at midnight when the oldest Jeff officially leaves the band. We were hoping to have VH1 there ...but when we called they said "who?" Oh well, bigger and better for PoM in the future.

We'll actually do a bunch of Jeff's songs. Unfortunately, they couldn't all be submitted to The Great Lakes Songwriters Contest so "Choo...se Between" get the honors. The other songs are really fine with that.

Just think about it, how many of you wonderfully loyal fans have said "Oh yeah! I really want to hear you guys!" (the answer: so many that if we had $1 for each of you we could play for free.) So he...re's your chance. We'll be there and we'd REALLY like to see you.

Well all of ours are, in fact, about you!! We've had our people following you and collecting anecdotes for a little over three years. So, you might want to come and hear what we're saying about you.

I'm guessing most folks haven't seen the courtyard at the VFW on 1st Street in Grand Haven. Plenty of room (unlike some of the enclosed venues only a block away). Full service (food and beverages a within a few steps).... No cover! And the folks at the VFW couldn't be much nicer or more welcoming.

Let's be honest, if Chris Anderson can bounce back from A STROKE and be there to play for you, you should be there too. It will be great to see Chris up and around again. The fact that he'll be playing is a real bonus!
