Note from my Loan officer-- "Loan back in underwriting and most of the conditions are cleared and good to go. The appraisal has been reviewed but because of the nature of your "special" property they are having the underwriting manager look at it as a second signature. I did not get the ...feeling anything was wrong with it but that she wanted a higher level of authority to sign on it."

Let's see if I can figure out how to work with a soldering gun and not burn myself. Excited at the possibilities...expecting nothing. Why do I think stuff like this isn't going to be hard? Don't people go to college... for this? Oh well...I guess I'm just not smart enough to realize how clueless I am.
