Suggested Time Management Schedule for businesses that use Social Media Marketing

#1 Attracting New Clients = 40% of your time (Attracting, NOT chasing)
#2 Converting New Clients into Customers = 20% of your time
#3 Admin Tasks = 30% of your time
#4 Creating Content for your Business = 10% of your time

 

Weekly

So if you have 40 hours a week…
#1 = 16 hrs /wk = attracting new business
#2 = 8 hrs /wk = converting new clients into customers
#3 = 12 hrs /wk = admin tasks
#4 = 4 hrs /wk = creating content

If you have 20 hours a week…
#1 = 8 hrs /wk = attracting new business
#2 = 4 hrs /wk = converting new clients into customers
#3 = 6 hrs /wk = admin tasks
#4 = 2 hrs /wk = creating content

If you have 10 hours a week…
#1 = 4 hrs /wk = attracting new business

I needed to remind myself.. I usually spend 90% of the time creating content and only 10% on "everything else".. I actually got the idea from somewhere else and am still trying to find the guys blueprint so I can give him credit (wrote the post originally on another blog of mine about a year ago)
