Percy Jones Lambic is a style of Belgian ale that is spontaneously fermented from airborne wild yeasts in the Senne Valley. Like it's namesake, Lambic's music is constantly shifting and evolving, and always exciting. Stephen (Alice Donut) and Percy (Brand X) go way back together, having played in the late '70's with Noise-R-us and The Quality Trio.
