Personal Child Stories 3 posts today - sorry. I think some of you will like this, though. We added 3 new articles yesterday under "Parenting." Each one is written by Brenda Nixon (The Birth to Five Book). "Communicate with your Teen," "Tune in to Temperament" and "Problem Behavior...or Food?" All three are a good read!

Cynthia has Down Syndrome & Sally has been a spokesperson for the DS Network, over the years. Personal Child Stories Great report...When I was doing some student teaching in a 4th grade classroom, the teacher had a "reading corner" set up. The books were marked by level and there was a big couch in that corner. The kids were allowed to go there, to read, as a REWARD for good behavior. They loved it!! They all wanted to read in the Re...ading Corner b/c it was considered a GIFT :-)
