Lauren Hey guys.. Question.. Squat clean?? clean??

Hey Lauren. Delayed reply here. Squat clean is a full clean. Goes from the ground and is received in the bottom of a front squat. We designate it a squat clean as opposed to just calling it a clean to avoid the question that always gets asked when we program cleans into a WOD; is it a power clean or a squat clean? Does that make sense?
