why are you on this form? tipically getting license is almost imposible and comes at loss of rights etc while it seams a reasonavble thing, they have more people working thru zoning etc to make it basicly about like asking why cant frogs fly

Don't believe the fictional hype. It's not about saving the poor animals...it's about money pure and simple. The current anti-abuse laws are sufficient if they are enforced...adding new laws only supports law makers and lawyers...does not protect any animals. These new AR laws are unenforceable and too costly to work.

pet pac is mostly dealing with STOPPING crazy laws. but if your intrested in solution and real reasons for high kill rates got to nokillnation or google nathan winograds blog etc
