Phi Sigma Iota International Foreign Language Honor Society 3. Accepted with regret the sudden resignation of Carla Lucente as president. In accordance with Article IV Section 6 of the Society By-laws, Susan Rosenstreich and Phillip Wolfe will assume the duties of President and First Vice-President respectively. F
Phi Sigma Iota International Foreign Language Honor Society 2. Authorized the issuance of charters to two chapters after approval by vote of the chapters. Welcome to Iota Chi Chapter #257 at Chicgo State University, and Omicron Gamma Chapter #258 at Ohio State University.

The Executive Committee met in a conference-call on April 28, 2009 and took the following actions:
