
Tarbell's Did you give up on me? November flew by in a blink and thanks to all of you for keeping us so busy! I'm back to post this enticing photo of what's on the stove right now, and invite you in tonite to try the Grilled Mahi Mahi with fennel, celery root, and orange emulsion. Yum!

Tarbell's Roasted tomatoes bubbling with secret ingredients are slowly reducing to the wonderful broth of our Cioppino.

Bob it was great being back in Phoenix this week and eating at Tarbell's. I felt compelled to post a photo from a very interesting evening, ha ha! Karen, I hope you made it safely to North Carolina and found some real scallops.

Tarbell's Mike just took this tray from the oven. These scrumptious chunks of tomato, along with toasted garlic & kalamata olives, are stirred into our House-made Fettuccine.

Tarbell's The Egg On Top! We're participating in the Hickman's Family Farms "Egg on Top" fundraiser with several other restaurants around town. Order this absolutely delicious Baby Frisee Salad with bacon lardones, Easter Egg radish, whole grain mustard vinaigrette and a poached egg....we give $1 to St. Mary's Food Bank, Hickm...an's matches it, and YOU get a coupon for a free dozen eggs at the supermarket! Tarbell's Scotch Beef is on my mind....it was in the oven aaaaaallllllll day and that richly-roasting aroma is such a tease!!

Tarbell's It was only 67 degrees when I headed for the restaurant this morning! So Stephen's soup tonight really makes me smile....Roasted Pumpkin with the Flavors of Fall (i.e. cloves, cinnamon, allspice)...and the Mr. Fish (Pan-Seared Haddock) kicks it up with a tomatillo sauce infused with applewood-smoked bacon.
