Bob it was great being back in Phoenix this week and eating at Tarbell's. I felt compelled to post a photo from a very interesting evening, ha ha! Karen, I hope you made it safely to North Carolina and found some real scallops.

Tarbell's It was only 67 degrees when I headed for the restaurant this morning! So Stephen's soup tonight really makes me smile....Roasted Pumpkin with the Flavors of Fall (i.e. cloves, cinnamon, allspice)...and the Mr. Fish (Pan-Seared Haddock) kicks it up with a tomatillo sauce infused with applewood-smoked bacon.

It's been more than a year since I've been in Phoenix. Sigh... not sure becoming a fan of the restaurant on FB was such a good idea - it just makes me green with envy that I'm not there, LOL! ... soup & mr fish sound great!
