Become the 'Face of PhotoBox' & WIN 50 prints!

.....I loved Photobox before, I love it even more now. I can upload my photos quicker and the layout is so user friendly.
The quality is outstanding and the delivery times superfast.
I wouldn't get my pics and books from anyone else.

One of my albums had a link to it from other websites, I had over 9000 visits to my photos until the change .The link on the website does not now go to my album and I will try to get the webmaster to renew the link .
There has been a few problems but my photos arrived this morning and I am pleased with them.Quite often my extended family want copies. The service is quick the product is good and the prices are modest. I can get better pictures but not at prices anywhere near these.

I created a photobook on the old site which I had not finished and so it was moved to the new site but now I can not open it at all, I have spoken to the guy in charge of the move and he was going to get the tech ppl to look at it but I still can't open it, when on the phone to this guy, I also pointed out that you can not put graphics on to the clothes and accessories, this is still the case. Before it changed over, the organise photos on the photobook page did not work, I know this due to spending over an hour sorting my pics for it to then not work and it still does not work on the new site. Picnik, the new editing programme only works when it feels like it, which is not very often, I have spent 3 hours sorting my pics on my computer and then 2 hours uploading them so I can do another photobook as I am getting fed up waiting for them to sort out the old one, I did not bother to edit my pics before I uploaded them as I knew you could do it on the site, well I thought you could but as I said, picnik does not work very often and even when it does, it takes so long, you have to pick one photo at a time to edit, you should be able to pick more so you only have to go to the page once and then you spend time sorting it out, then press save and it hardly ever does, it just stays on the screen, if you are lucky enough for it to save it will take you back to the front page of your album, even if you were not on the front page, it should go back to the last page you were on, aarrggh. If you have a lot of pics in an album, there is no feature to allow you to view them all on one page either. Why would you go live with a site that is clearly not ready, surely it must be someones job to check everything on the site works before it goes live, not after, in fact i don't think anyone is checking it at all because when I told that guy over the phone about all the problems, he obviously had no idea about any of it. Get this site fixed or go back to the old one.

Firstly, has anyone been able to actually make a transaction over this weekend???? (As I haven't!)
New stie is also far slower than the old and they seem to have removed some of there products, i.e. Laminated wallet sized photo cards....

I have been using photobox for over a year now and have about 20 photobooks of all my holidays - they are gorgeous and a great way to keep the memories without the fuss of loose photographs and they look so professional and are of a high quality everytime, there is even more choice of colours and styles now which is even better. I have also given these books to family as presents and they loved them. I have also had 2 canvases, prints, collages, jigsaws and notebooks all were outstanding, I have recommended photobox to so many people already. I'm on with my next photobook at the moment, always a prompt service with you in no time.

Photobox was recommended by a friend, and what a good recommendation it was! Have purchased 6x4 prints, photo stickers, photo collages, and enlargements, and all have been of absolute first class quality, quickly dispatched and well packed. Off on holiday soon and will definitely be putting together a Photo Book on Photobox with some of the photos when we get home!

Have used photobox ever since I got my first Digital Camera.. the prints are always fantastic ! I have now branched out to photobooks, and have just ordered 2 on there buy 1 get one free offer, after being previously impressed when I had my disneyland photos made into one !!
