I think photobox is getting better however 2 areas I think you need to look at. Business users, and customer care... you could do with having business accounts for heavy users... and your customer care really needs improving, 10 days to get a refund and even then it went on as a cash credit... £200 sat in my photobox a...ccount and im not allowed it as a refund... bit unfair really.. Im sure I will spend it on photobox as your products are quality but i dont need anything for a while now... but keep up the great product range.Read More

Business accounts are something that comes up quite a lot internally, with the whole idea allowing customers who order large volumes to achieve high volume bulk discounts – please could I point you in the direction of our ‘Tell us what you want’ voting system (http://photobox.uservoice.com/pages/28504-photobox-products-features-) and suggesting these business accounts. The voting system is being used to drive next years developments so the more votes it gets the more likely it is to be developed.... Read More

With regards to your second point I apologise for the bad experience you encountered initially that lead to you requiring a refund in the first place and also the amount of time it took to implement the refund – please could you provide a little more background on the refund so I can investigate it for you.
