We're back! While it's been a while, we actually have someone monitoring this page again. Since it looks like we've neglected a few questions in the meantime, I'll go ahead and respond.
Michael, you may have run into an issue that's been fixed. Around the time you posted this we made a change to how we search for photos, and for a while this was causing some accounts to display no photos. If not, you should post on the support forums linked off of our support page: http://www.adobe.com/support/photoshopdo
Stephen, while your issue sounds similar to Michael's, given what you've described I'm pretty sure you'll need to work with support to get your account fixed up. Again, the best way to do this is to post on the forums.

Premiere Elements is a video editing product that allows uploading videos to YouTube, and PremiereExpress is an online video editor we've licensed to a few sites, including MTV and PhotoBucket. In terms of the iPhone suggestion, you're not the only person that's made this suggestion, and we do have something in the works, so stay tuned.
