It was his father’s dying wish that James marry his childhood sweetheart Kate Winslow, who still longs to marry him. While Attending a social ball in London James is goaded into a duel with Lord Ashby, one of England finest duelists and prominent shareholder of the East India Co. James kills the man in self defense. He returns to America and his pregnant wife, and is accused of Murder and Treason. While being transported back to England to stand trial, the ship is captured by Pirates. James joins Captain Escobar’s crew and plays the two sides of a divided crew against each other. Seizing control of the ship he heads to the waters of the Caribbean to hunt down the man responsible for his downfall, and to claim the lost treasure.
