@David Costin: good one! LOL!

Unemployment is expected to hit 10% soon... I never thought for one minute this administration's plan was going to do anything to help the economy but rather it would cause further harm to the economy - it appears I was correct with my assumption (err - uneducated guess)!

President Obama himself said it would take time to recover from this poor economy. He said things would get worse before they would get better. There will continue to be people who lose there jobs and people who lose their homes, and that is unfortunate. But I believe things are starting to turn around ever so slightly and hopefully we will begin our way back to economic growth.

I'm a philly guy all the way....

As much as I don't like the Yankees, there is nothing worse than a sports team from Philly. Go Steelers.

According to whom? England's and Canada's systems are going broke. One of the English Parliament was here and stated exactly that and doesn't want to see us move in this direction.

It isn't up to our gov't to save us from every thing that doesn't work right in our lives. Leave it to the people,we usually come up with the answers.

@Valerie - I would say she did speak up for the people of this nation. It's all in the eye of the beholder.

@Deborah - health care should be a right. Nearly all other developed nations have universal health care, surely our citizens are as important as their citizens.

Low maral comes from lack of support at the top. We have great troops. What does that suggest? Maybe the troops can tell who really cares about them and who doesnt I just hope they all live to vote in 2010

i served my time but not again with gays outing themselves.....gays should be kicked out of the military and sent therapy to help cure the disease known as homosexuality
