Reform Pittsburgh Now (RPN) was started in 2007 by Pittsburgh City Councilman William Peduto in order to create an organization focused strictly on the issues that build a better city.

This would also boost tourism opportunities seeing that so much of Pittsburgh Arts culture is located in Oakland. Also, this would make the commute for the Univerity students much easier. Most importantly, it would reduce traffic, cut emissions, and save fuel.
