Pittsburgh Penguins 2-1 Season start, tonight...the battle of Pennsylvania. Go Pens Go! Clearly Godard is back in the line-up for this one. Keep your elbows in, Pronger, or suffer a beat down.

The path to futility seems like an option the team felt they needed to take this year. Which sucks given the injuries to key players before the season even started and then the first few months as well, losing Fleury, Kennedy and Zigomanis early on didn't help as well as injuries to Tanger, Goligoski, Fedotenko, Sykora... and others during the course of the season, 2 games out does hurt.
Ah well, hopefully we can sneak into 8th place and be the underdog this year if not, Shero better be looking to draft Kassian and Werek in the 1st and 2nd round.
