Lyon Real Estate, Jessica McVeigh Market Update...the statistics for May just released, we are seeing some positive signs. El Dorado County May 08' vs May 09' - Our available homes for sale are actually down almost 19%, closed escrows are down 3% and pending sales are UP by 14%. What does this mean? Well, escrow are taking longer to close. 30 day escrows??? Probably not. 45 - 60 day escrow seem to be more realistic. Buyers are BUYING!

Lyon Real Estate, Jessica McVeigh Market activity is increasing in El Dorado County, yeah!!!!! Our sold properties have increased by almost 16% since this time last year.
