Camp Squanto is a 650-acre camping facility located in Plymouth, MA, deep in the woods of Myles Standish State Forest. It is owned and run by the Old Colony Council, Boy Scouts of America. There is a 7-week summer camp as well as weekend camping.

Don I was on y way back to Squanto; BUT? Our plans have Changed... My son den was to camp at Squanto this week-end but due to some rain and lightning last weekend we are not able to because they need to clean up the camp. No one is more disapointed than I, It would have been my first camping trip to Squanto in 14 years and the first with my son... Hope is not lost; we shall return!!

My son Adam (troop 95 Sharon) just got back from his first sleep away camp week ever. He's burnt, smelly, exhausted and a little cranky. But he cannot stop talking about what he did all week. I cannot imagine that all those activities were packed into that short period of time. He had an awesome week. He's already... talking about next year. Great job!!
