Ethiopian paintings on show in Brussels: for the whole of July, some of the paintings of our Tigray collection will be exhibited in restaurant Kokob, rue des Grandes Carmes 10 in the centre of Brussels...

It is a fruit from the baobab tree (sometimes called monkey bread), which has been made into a rattle. It is a traditional musical instrument of the Dogon people of Mali -- it makes a nice toy or a decoration item.
