You get hors d’ouevres, dessert, great cheeses hand picked by our own Cheez Whiz, Dr. Richard Atkins and a lovely selection of Italian Wines paired with them. Dr. Atkins and a wine expert from Bottles Wine and Liquors will explain the pairings and talk about how the wines wi...ll pair with your cuisine. You will receive a guide to the wines and cheeses served. Best of all it is an informal but elegant evening, a little education, a little wine and a whole lot of great socializing.
