Partner yoga is a playful ...way to explore yoga poses. Though the workshop can be called a class of yogic desserts, it definitely requires intentional action and sharpens communication skills. Partners assist each other to keep correct body alignment, push perceived limits, and relax into delicious stretches in a nurturing and safe environment. With each other’s help, we can open up new dimensions of practice.
