The Driftwood Room, our stylish hotel bar, has just created 3 brand new cocktails for the drink menu.
1. Sabai-Sabai- A traditional Thai welcoming drink with our addition of ginger. Made with Mekhong rum, Domaine de Canton ( French ginger liquor) fresh lemon juice, fresh basil, lavender simple syrup and club soda.
2. Th...e Orient Express- The original Singapore sling invented by bartender Ngiam Tong Boon at The Raffles Hotel in Singapore. Made with Plymouth gin, cherry heering, cointreau, Benedictine, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, grenadine and angostura bitters.
3. The Joan Crawford- A Driftwood room original. Made with Miller’s Gin(distilled in England with the final bottling done in Iceland using their pure glacier water), Pelinkovas( a bitter liqueur from Croatia) and Elderflower water from France( the Elderflowers are hand picked in the Alps and delivered by bicycle.
