Years later Sam returns to Brooklyn to find the fun loving Jake has transformed into a studious born-again Jewish scholar. They will ...discover that just as the body can not live without the heart, religion can not live without the family, and redemption from the sins of the past can only come by rediscovering that which was disavowed.
