Lisa Ballou, founder of Tri-Babes and co-owner of Expansions Yoga, will share how we can live better lives while having a great time. Lisa will discuss healt...hy eating, a "winter workout" before tri-season, and the many benefits of yoga for the whole family.

Silverwood School Be Well In Winter presentation on Tuesday, November 10, 6:30 to 7:30 Naturopathic physician Ruth Urand and pediatricians Niran Al-Agba and Uyen Lee will discuss what you can do on a daily basis to stay well during the cold and flu season. Come with questions - walk away with confidence that you can be well this winter.... Free and open to the public! This is the first in the Silverwood Speakers Series for 2009-2010.
