            My Coaching Tips:
            When you or your CA are speaking with patients about the financial aspect of being a patient – make sure that you and/or your CA look straight into the eyes of your
            patient.
            If eye contact is lost, it generally means that either you or your staff member is not certain or unsure about what you are communicating. It also may mean that you, or your CA do not really believe in your own recommendations – whatever they may be. And THAT can be deadly.
            Your patient will pick up on this very readily and will not return.
            Eye contact, head up, open and honest attitude!

                              One thing that I have discovered in 35 years of practice is that patients love it when their doctor refuses to believe that they can't be helped.
                              Period.
                              That there is no such thing as failure and/or giving up!
                              That type of strength is what is often needed to be able to truly help someone.
