This is advertisement for student bank account. It says "You have a choice" ... meaning the choice between having account in their bank or being a whore. I guess. Well, I had one of my student accounts here, too. They paid 333 Kc (like 13 EUR) a year and there were no fees :)
Ok, it's not 007-like secret but it's well hidden, at least :) There's one more separated "secret" entry to our municipal library. It's through the children department - place with the second registration desk and no queues (unlike the main registration desk).
So you can see what a security do in a bookstore at night... read books :) This is Luxor at Wenceslas square. One of my favorite bookstores in Prague.
