Princess Promenade; A Cycling Event for Women & Girls Congratulations to Stacy Otis (Vacaville, CA), winner of the Princess Challenge Time Trial as part of the metric century from Sacramento to Folsom, CA. With 28 miles on her legs, she made the climb to Beal's Point in 12. 50 minutes. She won a $100 gift certificate to Bicycles Plus and complimentary entry into the 2010 Princess Promenade. Great job, Stacy!
