Most who favor laxer laws relating to marijuana would like to see it scheduled in general rather than "rescheduled". Haha!

There is nothing wrong with the principles related to this, but we have to be certain that it is leadpipe sure with no loopholes for abuse. If not professionals could be pressured into prescribing when it isn't justified and these supplies could be distributed to minors and those with no cause to use the controlled substance.

Minor drug enforcement quite possibly the largest waste of money in our country... Read More… other than military spending. Plus, putting these people in a punitive system (rather than a true “correctional” or “rehabilitation” system) hardens them as criminals and makes the public less safe. We have created a criminal sub-culture that does not respect the rule of law in large or small things; it is only about what they can get away with. As a non-drug user I feel that not just an attempt at enforcement is a loose-loose, but the prohibition laws are self-defeating and not enforceable. There must be a better way to keep us safer and actually help the drug abusers, and cost less.
