Hi Tim,
It'd be great if you could keep us updated with news following your tonsillectomy - I hope you are not in too much pain!

Psoriasis Association
Hi Leeanne,
Some women report that their psoriasis seems to very according to their monthly cycle, but there is no clear scientific evidence for this. Like wise, most women find that their psoriasis improves during pregnancy, only to return after they have given birth. The reverse, is, however, also true as other women find that their psoriasis gets worse during pregnancy. In women, psoriasis often starts at puberty or the menopause, which does suggest that the changes in hormone levels may trigger psoriasis.
It might seem logical to think that, if hormonal changes apparently trigger psoriasis, a possible treatment would be hormone therapy. Unfortunately, the link between the hormonal changes and developing psoriasis is not that straightforward, and hormone treatment is not being seriously investigated at present.

Psoriasis Association Hi Barbara - thanks for rejoining the Association. Your support is so important to us.

Psoriasis Association Hi Pauline - I am sorry but the Psoriasis Association does not currently produce charity christmas cards.
