Enjoy a magical evening of holiday music by the international award-winning Sweet
Adelines chorus, Queen City Sound. The show will open with a selection of lively jazz and barbershop music and continue with classic holiday carols including The Christmas Song and Sleigh Ride. The program will also feature a cappella e...nsembles Bear Tones and A Cub Bella from Missouri State University and local quartet, The Mellowtones.
This event is open to the public. Tickets are $12 per person/$10 for students. Southminster Presbyterian Church is located at 2245 S. Holland in Springfield, Mo.

Under the direction of Pat Vozza, this group is made up of women from around the Ozarks who love to sing four-part harmony a cappella music. Queen City Sound is known for its melodic sound, dynamic style and entertaining presentation. The chorus rehearses every Tuesday night from 6-9 at Southminster Presbyterian Church and guests are always welcome. Queen City Sound Chorus is a chapter of Sweet Adelines International. Sweet Adelines International is a non-profit performing arts organization with nearly 25,000 members worldwide and is one of the world's largest singing organizations for women.
