Bridge’s core goal is providing RETS management and enhancement tools, customized RETS solutions and data sharing initiatives. Bridge employees actively participate in many RETS workgroups, we hold a Chairperson seat as well as a seat on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Standards Organization. Bridge staff have facilitated and presented RETS sessions, forums and panel discussions for more than 5 years at national real estate conferences. We are experts in RETS both from the technical and business perspective. We assist our MLS customers in designing RETS management plans and using the RETS IQ Suite of Products to facilitate the implementation.

The RETS IQ Suite of products is designed to put control of data management into the hands of the user. Our focus is on providing MLS’s, Agents, Brokers and Client Software Providers with the very best, easy to use, state of the art RETS tools.
