This is pretty simple...The Animal Rescue Site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of getting free food donated every day for abused and neglected animals....
Racing 2 Rescue Interesting article in USA today about some of the work that many shelters are doing to transfer animals to promote pet adoptions. As an example when I was at HWAC in San Diego about 6 weeks ago, there was a van that came in with about 20 dogs from New Orleans (Note that HWAC only works with 'no-kill' shelters.).
