Ramico "The General" Blackmon Nice long run in the snow today.
Ramico "The General" Blackmon My opponent pulled out of the fight so I am no longer scheduled to fight Jan 30th. Next fight is in the works; I will keep you all posted.
Ramico "The General" Blackmon Spent the day at a wrestling tournament with some young warriors I'm helping out. We took four golds.

Ramico "The General" Blackmon It's been a snow day everywhere I was scheduled to workout today, but I have all this gym equipment in my basement. Should I just open the window down there?

Ramico "The General" Blackmon Got back on the wrestling mat today after 3 months straight of kickboxing and juijitsu and felt great. Thought I would feel a little rusty, but instincts are still in tact.
Ramico "The General" Blackmon Can you believe I haven't wrestled consistently for 3 months? That's the longest break I've had in 22 years. Oops, I almost just talked myself into an ice cream sandwitch..better not since I start back wrestling tomorrow.
Ramico "The General" Blackmon Had some more fun scrapping with King Mo, Dean Lister, and another former teammate and buddy, Jason Conine, from the Olympic Training Center. Mo hits really hard. Dean's a beast on the ground, and you're never really safe with Conine. Good times.
Ramico "The General" Blackmon Got to work out with an old friend and teammate from the Olympic Training Center, King Mo Lawal, and will be picking his brain for the rest of the week. It has been a long time since I felt that kinda speed and power, so I'm excited to get some work in.
