Foreclosures in Berks County fell in November to the lowest level in two years.According to figures supplied by the Berks County prothonotary's office, 88 foreclosures were recorded last month, compared with 103 in November 2008, a decline of 17 percent.

required 60 votes to invoke cloture (stopping a filibuster) and
begin debate on their healthcare bill.
This week, they commenced debate on the various amendments to the
legislation. The bill, a merged version
of both the Senate Finance Committee’s and Senate Health, Educa...tion, Labor and
Pensions Committee’s bills, will address individual and small group health
insurance markets – an issue very important to self employed REALTORS®. Debate is expected to extend throughout
December.
