hello Real Estate Network Home Buyer Tax Credit, passed by Senate and today the House, expected to be signed by President Obama tomorrow. Extends $8,000 first time home buyer credit and adds up to $6,500 credit for buyers owning current home at least 5 years.

hello Real Estate Network Home buyer tax credit vote delayed till next week. Still, the probable end result will be an extension till April 30th, 2010 for first time home buyers and should now include at $6500 credit for those buying a different home who have lived in their current home for at least 5 years.

Have heard other similar stories recently, including my buyer client who has missed twice because of multiple offers. hello Real Estate Network First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit ends Dec 1st. With weekends, Thanksgiving and King County furlough days, closings pretty much need to be done by November 19th. Which means Purchase Offers need to be made within the next week or so to meet the deadline. Tax Credit only good on transactions Closed by Nov 30th.
