Rehoboth Beach Library A lecture done by author Nancy Lynch will be held on August 25 at 6:30 pm. Nancy will discuss her book which contains nearly 900 letters from Delaware service men and women during the Vietnam War. Nancy's book won the first prize gold award for best regional non-fiction in the Mid-Atlantic states in the 2009 Independent Publisher Book Awards competition.
