my basic thinking this season (whilst we all perfect the concept) is to have a mens fantasy team and a ladies fantasy team, although it could all be mixed into one. here is how i suggest the mens works:
you have to pick 2 players from each of 6 teams - giving you 11 players and a substitute (should one of your 1st XI not play)
everyone will be assessed as to if they are a defender/midfielder/attacker at the beginning of the season (although they obviously may not play as that during games) & the potential value of a player on a scale of £1-5. Each person then has £35 to spend upon their team.
transfer window at x-mas
GK score 5 points for a clean sheet
Defenders score 4 points for a clean sheet & 4 points for a goal
Midfielders score 2 points for a clean sheet & 3 points for a goal
Attackers score 3 points for each goal

Think we'll have to avoid assists this season as i don't think people will be able to remember. If anyone has any good ideas feel free to share them.

i'm going to try and set up a fantasy hockey league for next year. it would be useful if a lady would help out to collate scores - anyone keen?
