Reproduction I know I'm going to release this project, DVD and all, for free online but I'm wondering what might be the best way to do it. It's down to an ISO or a .zip with the VIDEO_TS folder in it.

I would export it as a 720p H.264 for the web. People wouldn't know what to do with an VIDEO_TS folder. You want to make it as easy as possible for even the beginning computer user. For download, I would go with at least 720p on H.264. For streaming, simply encode the video the flash at whichever resolution you'd prefer for streaming users.

There are lots of options... I'm a computer geek so if you have any questions let me know ;)

Well, obviously there's going to be some kind of streaming version available, be it x264 or Ogg Theora, because it is definitely less fuss and I'd be crazy not to have one. After all, I only know a hand full of other people that understand how, and have the software, to properly format UDF volumes with everything in the right place. However, the ... See Moreoption should be there because there isn't a reason not to offer it, and there's a lot more stuff that I can throw into a DVD that I can't encode in a single video.
